Title: Project Manager
Location: Manila
Reporting To: Process Manager and or Operations Manager
Responsibilities
· Will have overall responsibility and accountability for the project.
· Will coordinate the efforts from multiple teams in meeting client’s objectives. Specifically, the candidate will work with a North American calling team and drive productivity and quality in their output. The project manager will also work closely with a research team based in the Philippines.
· Must have the ability to think analytically and strategically. The project manager must be able to extract tactical and strategic action plans from raw data.
· The project manager will be the main client interface between Manila team and US team.
· The project manager is responsible for driving productivity and profitability.
· The project manager will be responsible for setting and monitoring performance benchmarks.
· The project manager will be responsible for setting, monitoring and maintaining QA benchmarks.
Required Skills & Education:
· College degree holder with a background in business administration, management, or computer science.
· Background in Project Management and or Six Sigma Certification/Training will be given preference but not a hard requirement.
· Preference for those with previous experience as an assistant operations manager handling a BPO project.
· Ability to work on several projects at one time
· Strong communications skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to meet tight deadlines and challenging performance targets.
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people from varying backgrounds and culture.
· Proficient in MS Office applications specifically Excel, Access and Power Point.
· Able to think strategically and interpret raw data into specific action plans.
· Willing to work on permanent graveyard shift.

Title: Data Analyst
Location: Manila
Reporting To: Process Manager
Responsibilities
· Work with the research and outbound calling teams to understand progress against client deliverables and objectives
· Analyze the output of research and calling teams and recommend courses of action to management.
· Assist in the coordination of resources (IT, Calling, Research) in attaining project objectives.
· Extract pertinent data as required by project manager.
· Create bi-weekly Return Mail status update and performance reports
· Present data to senior management team.
· Assist the project manager in generating month end reports summarizing project performance.
· Will also be responsible in managing the import and export of data to the auto dialer.
Required Skills & Education:
· College degree holder of any business or computer related course.
· Preference for those with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience but fresh graduates may be considered.
· Ability to work on multiple projects.
· Strong communications skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in MS Excel, Access and Power Point.
· Able to think strategically and interpret raw data into specific action plans.
· Willing to work on permanent graveyard shift.
